This book is interesting to see how normal people started inversting in real estate and are now on their way to being financially independent. The main point of interest for me was the description of how these people changed their mental habits. Also, for someone considering investing in real estate, the figures that are given in almost every chapter will give an idea of the ratios that have to be reached to really be investing. However, this book was not nearly as valuable as Dolf de Roos' volume in the same Rich Dad Poor Dad series.
I was a bit disappointed to find that the only road to financial independance described here was real estate investment: nothing about growing your own business here.
